Then, when I went into the mobile app, there's nothing in my library at all.

I've spent a lot of money on this site, please tell me I just have to wait a day or so for updates to refresh or something.

I'm going to check my TV app when I get home from work later. That better be fine, because that's really how I watch Vudu stuff almost exclusively (though I do all purchasing on the website, typically through my Wishlist).
I am also getting the same issue on web browser, but I am able to play my movies on iPhone app. I normally buy the movies on web browser as iPhone doesn't let you buy from app and now I dont see any purchase option also when I login just trailer and wishlist.

Was anyone able to resolve this.

I was already logged into the PC website, and there is no option to in the mobile app (and I was already logged into the mobile website as well with the same issues).

I checked my TV, bluray player, and iPad, and they were all fine, and after I added a new digital code to MA, the PC website worked on my home computer 3 hours after I made this thread. I was about to check the website again from my work PC, but wanted to see any replies here first.

If there's still an issue, I'll try logging out, then back in. Thanks for suggesting.

      EDIT:

Welp, that didn't work. Still no bright green "Watch" button on my work PC website, unlike last night on my home PC. I can watch titles in MoviesAnywhere on my work PC, so it shouldn't be some block that they have on the computer (though I noticed that while I own Spider-Man: Homecoming, it will show & play through Vudu, but not MA). Wishlist is also still blank, which means less money for Vudu, as the majority of my purchases are made while I'm at work (the only thing I do purchase-wise at home is Disc to Digital).

Just checked the mobile site on my phone, and same thing - no "Watch" option & blank Wishlist.

Logged out of the app & then back in, and the little blue "loading" circle has been spinning for about 5 minutes now.

      iPad is still good.

I can't even watch the "On Us" free movies on the PC website on my work computer. There's no option for it.

      EDIT again:

Finally logged back into the app. Library shows up, individual movies allow "Watch" options, but an extremely large amount of titles are missing. Wishlist looks full, but there's no way to sort, so I don't know if everything's in there or not. But I know for a fact not every movie is in My Movies on the app (iPad showed all, and even though I can't watch any, PC website & mobile website showed all).

Is there some way to look that up or to have that displayed when we log into our own member site?
Or is that something that you manually keep up with?

I have wanted to ask about this to a member for a long time now.

        Thanks,
I keep it manually but I have asked that there be a way to filter the resolution of our titles but they haven't made it possible yet.

        88 UHD
        858 HDX
        3 SD

This would be a very helpful feature!! I've just started last night importing my collection into a spreadsheet for my personal use. I usually use blu-ray.com to keep my collection updated, but noticed today I had titles I owned not even checked there.

And I just noticed that there isn't a way to buy movies either. Just "Trailer" or "Wishlist."

I really wish that when technology was "upgraded" that it actually improved things, instead of pretty much always doing the exact opposite.

              Greetings!!

I too am having all the issues listed with this new interface. It's really annoying!! I can only "play" my "purchased" movies if I download them or on any other device other than my computer... and that's been the main way that I watch vudu is on my computer! I've found if you add another movie to your wish list and then go over and check it, your wish list will pop up. But there's still no way to purchase anything... and my movies list still acts as if I hadn't actually bought any of them so there's no way to watch anything on my browser/computer. Not to mention their Valentine's Mix & Match sale will only show the first 2 rows of movies, and then the rest of them are blank. I tried looking for the sale on my other devices, but that particular sale is ONLY available through my computer/browser. Hopefully they'll fix this before the sale ends!!

An issue I've noticed on My Wishlist is that when scrolling up and down the page the movie thumbnails will sometimes shift position. For example, a movie might be the 2nd image on the row and then when the page is scrolled a bit that movie will shift to the 3rd position. While this in itself is annoying, the bigger problem is that it seems any sale banner doesn't shift with it. So, SEASON SALE may appear over one title but then after scrolling a little the movies will rearrange and that SEASON SALE banner will be in the same place but a completely different title will be under it and the original title will no longer show as being on sale in it's new position.

                  EDIT:

I just noticed there's another thread regarding the wishlist sort order here:
                  https://forum.vudu.com/forum/technic...instead-of-a-z

It appears manually adding the SORT_ORDER parameter, as mentioned in one of the posts in that thread, does solve this problem.

It would be nice to have a sort option on the page, but in the short term could we at least get a consistent default sort order? That should be a quick and easy fix.
