The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).       I am having the same problem with Gamer 3d (also bought Edge of Tomorrow 3d and it hasn't redeemed either). The case has pictures of both, and I can take others if needed. Thanks!

        I, too, continue to have this same issue as the OP and others. Under my name in top right, I selected ?Account Info? from the drop down menu. Once I?ve done this, under ?Saved Promo?s? towards the bottom of the page, I see the movie listed there with redeem next to it. However, it gives me an Error code stating ?Gamer was already purchased and available in the My Movies section on Vudu.?

          I have the exact same issue and have a support ticket opened since 11/16/2014 but the issue is still not addressed.

            If you buy this movie from Walmart.com now, it does give you the 3D version like it was originally supposed to. Thank you for fixing this

              Thank you for providing us an update! For clarification, are you saying if you buy it now from Wal-Mart you will get the 3D version? What about those of us including yourself that has already bought it from Wal-Mart a while back and provided the UPC Code and Case Number? The reason I'm asking, I just checked mine and it's still not there.

                Yes, if you buy the movie from Walmart.com and select Ship-to-Home you will get the 3D version deposited into your Vudu account via InstaWatch -- you will not receive the 2D version. As far as those who previously bought it prior to the fix, I'd recommend asking Vudu CS for help.

                          So "should" we get the 3D AND 2D version or only the 2D version.

                          With UV it was (reasonabily) clear that you would get a HD with a Blu-Ray, and a SD with a DVD, and rarely a 3D with a 3D Bluray.

                          With InstraWatch it's so unclear when you get a 3D Bluray if you'll get a 2D only, 3D only, or 2D AND 3D.

                          This is extra frustrating as some of us already have 2D versions and now we're buying AGAIN so we can get the 3D Vudu version.

                          All I can think is we have to buy the 3D version and see if it redeems to expectation and if not return it, if that's even possible.

                            Wow, didn't realize this was such an old movie. I bought it at WalMart last week on a $5 Lionsgate display rack. I was surprised that the clearly labeled "2D UltraViolet" code redeemed a 3D movie in my Vudu account. This is great, however it also means it didn't actually get added to my UV account as neither myuv.com nor FandangoNow.com show it in my library. Typically I would use the UV copy to watch in other locations than my 3DTV where I can use the 3D Blu-Ray disc, but of course since Vudu 3D is not compatible with any other devices I have, that's not possible. Any suggestions? Should I have redeemed at FandangoNow instead of Vudu for this title if I wanted actual UV and 2D copy for instance?
