    Movies just went missing

While scrolling through my library to check something, I noticed that some of my movies are missing and it's totally out of the blue. Anyone else notice this? The only ones I'm seeing right off the bat are X-Men 1 & 2, but now I'm worried I'm not going to know which other ones I'm missing...Thanks in advance for any help!

EDIT: Just realized that all of my very first Disc-to-Digital purchases from a few years ago are the ones that went missing. Not sure if that helps...

I know this doesn't help at all right now, but I created an excel file with all my movies/when I purchased them/etc in case they do go missing I have some sort of "proof", and so I can cross check/remember my full library. You could go to your "Balance & History" and look at the past receipts (they show what movies were purchased on Disc2Digital, then call in support with that info - might get a faster resolution.

Thanks for hitting me back :-D Did you just start with a blank spreadsheet and manually update it, or is there a simple way to export a list of my library?

On the good news front the issue has been fixed. I submitted a help ticket and called, and the short (and vague) answer they gave me was, "Something went wrong on our end, but we're adding the movies back to your account." And voila, they're back! More than anything, I hope this is a heads-up for anyone else who might run into this same weird issue...

My spreadsheet was manually created. Using myUV and Flixster Video (before FV closed down). I was able to copy my list from there. All other non UV titles were manually added to my list. For MA you can try to export a list from what transfers to iTunes. Haven't found a way to copy from VUDU, Amazon, Google Play, FandangoNOW, Sony, or Paramount.

wow you got a resolution FAST from ticket support - glad to hear! I manually have created my spreadsheet (I have been adding data like director/studio/UV/MA and other data that I want to track with it. It takes a little bit of time, but VERY helpful!

Oh, the only reason it was resolved quickly was because I called them immediately to follow up on it. Ticket support with Vudu is atrocious...I learned that lesson a while ago
