I using Vudu to Go and I'm also having this problem on my Dell Venue Pro, w/ Std definition shows. I haven't tried HDX yet, but I can tell you it is not a firewall problem because I can watch shows on the Windows 10 Vudu App. I need the Vudu to go also.

This is usually due to a firewall blocking required ports. See this FAQ for some ideas...

Did you recently update your graphics drivers or Flash? Because nothing has changed on the VUDU side.

Also - are there any other movies you could download to try (or less ideally delete one and re-download it). This is to see if the downloaded licenses have an issue (maybe with a recent Flash player update?)

Actually - the same rules should apply to streamed movies. Do you get this issue when streaming?

happened to me yesterday as well. cyberlink bd advisor tells me everything is fine hdcp-wise.

the funny thing is, it was kind of random. Happened to hd and sd movies. but after a few tries with restart loging off and on againg, some movies worked while others still didnt. really weird sporadic bug

This is a bit puzzling to me as 1) I was under the impression the HDCP error only applies to HD or HDX movies, and 2) I'm not using any external displays. My computer is an ASUS T100, and I'm simply trying to watch them on my computer screen.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as the movies are taking up a significant amount of space locally on a machine with limited space to begin with. I'd like to determine if Vudu is a service worth continuing to use.
