    Walmart.com has blocked my account

In early July, I bought the digital plus disc copy of Ready Player One. About a week ago I realized that my disc hasn't came in yet so I called to check on the status. I find out that my account is blocked because of returns policy abuse, despite the fact I haven't returned anything. I've checked my entire Walmart purchase history and bank statements and in total I have only bought from Walmart.com three times, five if you count VUDU. I bought a dvd in March that arrived no problem and I still have that disc in my possession. I bought a play set for my son at Christmas which we still have, and I bought a dvd collection in April of 2017. So I obviously don't use the website that much. The people I've talked to in the resolution department say they can't do anything even though they can see my return history is empty. They keep telling me that I'm no longer allowed to use the Walmart website and that all purchases have to be made in store. I would love to keep using VUDU to get the digital copy and then the disc mailed to me, but now I won't be able to do that. One lady told me that I could create a new Walmart.com account, but then when I buy something it won't go to my previous VUDU account.

So my question is, if I can't get this block resolved is it possible to create a new Walmart account and then unlink my current VUDU account and then link it up to the new account?

Walmart locked me also. Initially they just locked my purchases. Then I complained to Better Business Bureau and locked me completely after my complaint.
