    VUDU app not working on Samsung blu-ray

    VUDU app hangs on my Samsung blu-ray player BD-FM59C. When you start it, for some reason it displays a message in Spanish (language of the player is English and everything else is English) something like "Contrata...." (I imagine something like "Loading...") and nothing happens afterwards. The player has the latest firmware. Netflix, vimeo, etc. work on the player. Any solutions? Thanks.

    If you haven't done so, start a ticket with customer care and include a screenshot of what you're seeing. Did you just purchase this device? Was it brand new or used/refurbished?

      Thanks. I purchased is about 6 months ago, but had never used the VUDU app on it before. It was new.

        Have you tried to see if there's a firmware update available for your device? That will fix many issues, especially if you have yet to use the Vudu app before.
