    You can add the Sony 940E and TV 4K to the list. I just checked them both and no pausing while selecting the Action Menu while playing a movie on the 940E's VUDU Android TV or the VUDU tvOS app.

    Thanks, installed update and looks like problem fixed. Picture adjustment settings shows HDR and settings adjustable while video is playing.

    Thanks team Vudu...works great...could anyone specify why the app was moved from apps (video ) to apps on Z9D/A1E,is it refresh issue?

    Same issue here on my X900F since the Oreo update . Mine also shows Apps instead of Apps(video).

    What my point to you is that on my TV (Z9F) its in the Apps(video) section and it still happens. It's the app itself not where it's located on the TV.

    Any adjustments you make in the Prime Video App transfers to Vudu. So you have to set with HDR mode you want to use in Prime Video and then it uses that in Vudu. That's one option.
    They switched it out of Apps (video) into plain Apps what the music apps use and Dolby is in the Neutral color temp and we cant get to change it out due to their implementation....Go to the vudu app and hit action menu and you will see that it just says Apps..

    It is an Apps( Video). The problem is that it stops the movies and gets out of HDR mode when it stops.

    Any adjustments you make in the Prime Video App transfers to Vudu. So you have to set with HDR mode you want to use in Prime Video and then it uses that in Vudu. That's one option.
