Re: Strike Back TV Series UV problem

I am having the same problem with Strike Back episodes missing. For Season 1, Episode 3 is missing. For Season 2, Episode 9 is missing. They show in my UV library at myuv.com, though

And I had all of Season 3 showing int Vudu except Episode 9 for a short time but that season is completely gone from Vudu now.

I contacted support and they keep asking me the same questions that I've already answered and don't seem to know how to fix it. Has anyone had any luck getting any of these issues fixed yet? Any advice?

    My Reference # is: 150803-000798

    Thank you.

Interesting... make sure the episodes show up ok on any other vudu accounts linked to your uv library. If not I would definitely try to have the episodes reloaded into your library.

I redeemed my season 3 code after this was fixed, and the episodes for season 3 are in my UV library, but they are listed under the season 2 icon.

The list on myuv displays as follows:

    Episode 11
    Episode 21
    Episode 12
    Episode 22
    etc

Also, season 1 episode 3 and season 2 episode 9 never regained their UV status on vudu. I should have redeemed those seasons right on vudu

There has been no changes to the UV side of this. My UV account doesn't list Strike Back Season 3 at all, but does still show a double listing for previous season 2.

Looks like this has been mostly fixed!

The season 3 episodes I do not own are gone, and the season 1 and season 2 episodes are back (except s1 ep3 and s2 ep9 which are missing UV status, but I think you are still working on it).

    Thank you very much

Right, that is exactly the problem!

I bet you do have season 2 in your UV library (and after redeeming season 3 it might even show you have 2 copies of each episode at myuv.com if you already had season 2 before redeeming season 3).

Seems as if season 2 UV episodes are incorrectly importing as season 3 episodes in vudu, so I guess the ALID's are all messed up.

Of course, none of your other UV members will get season 3 episode 9 since that isn't even UV enabled... which is of course another issue. None of your UV members will have access to season 1 or season 2 anymore either, now that both seasons have lost UV status on vudu.

I guess I will wait to redeem season 3 until all this is fixed

Strike Back season 3 is UV enabled, and vudu now shows that I own the entire season 3 except for episode 9.

I do not actually have season 3 in my UV library, just season 1 and 2.

So, it appears the season 1/2 episodes are now incorrectly importing to vudu as the wrong episodes.

As much as I like having most of the new season added, it would be nice to get the first 2 back.

    Thank you
