VUDU Freezes on every app on every console (I own too many movies)

Hello, I was just wondering if it is a known bug where an entire system freezes after about 2 minutes of searching on a device (all of these have this issue: Samsung TV, PS3, PS4, Roku 3, Roku Ultra).

What I am encountering is that with the amount of movies I own (it's more than you guys would suggest, and I can only imagine I am 1 of 10 people that have this amount of movies), VUDU has become almost unresponsive after a couple minutes of use. If I am searching for a movie, by the time I get to the movie... if I press any buttons, there is about a 3-5 second delay. This delay gets worse and worse as time goes on. It really seems like there is a memory leak or something as if we take the 100 seconds to close out of the apps and restart (it takes a good 45 or so seconds it seems to "start" vudu), the lag is gone.

There are two known ways to achieve this bug (memory leak) on my account (from what we have seen):
    1) Scrolling through movies.
-- No joke, all I have to do is scroll through 60 or so movies, and the app starts to lag from input. This also happens when deep-diving through actors/actresses to find a movie via cast.
    2) Play ~3-5 TV episodes.
-- After the episodes have completed and we try to go back to "My VUDU", everything is terribly slow.

I'll make a video showcasing as many devices as I can when I get home and add a support ticket to this, as my family is starting to finally watch movies on VUDU due to the area we live in finally being supported for higher speed internet (we were rocking 3mbps, now up to 100mbps). We figured that the slow internet speed was the cause of this issue, but with the faster speed internet, this shouldn't be a thing.

Can you PM the email address used on Vudu. I'm only seeing 2 pieces of content on your account tied to this forum email address.

PM sent. While recording the videos of what I am encountering at 3AM - 4AM, I was successful in completely freezing (first time ever honestly) VUDU on the Roku, PS3, and PS4 Pro.

PS4 (Pro) and Roku state upon initial start that I do not own any movies and take a couple minutes for me to actually view anything. I have no idea why my other post was closed.

*The videos are currently compiling and I will send you a PM when I have the links. Do you have access to Youtube while at work, as the video files are quiet long:
Roku Issues (part 1 of 3) 16 minutes, 25 seconds
      PS3 Issues (part 2 of 3) 11 minutes, 11 seconds
      PS4 Issues (part 3 of 3) 18 minutes 56 seconds

I can safely say that you have a while until you have any performance issues with your account. Everything ran smooth at 5000 movies.

I have sent you a PM Felipe with the URLs for the 3 videos. Now that I am actually awake, I can honestly say that this is the first time that due to a potential memory leak in every app, I have successfully 100% froze VUDU. Normally I could clear it up by going to the settings tab, scrolling up and down, and that for some reason would clear up any lag between the remote and streaming device, but last night... yeah, wow... have never had it just completely stop. Mind you, I haven't actively tried to induce the lag in a while so this is just a shocker to me that I really.. might... be... in trouble soon if something doesn't get fixed. You can definitely see in the videos though that if I close the app, everything is fine (except for the Roku and PS4 Pro stating I don't own the movies [my other post was closed...? When reporting two problems, you want to have two tickets.]) and are responsive for a minute or so, and then the input lag comes back.

We will be looking into this, thanks for the info and videos.

Not likely to be related to the number of movies in your library, though. We have internal QA/test accounts with 60k+ titles in them that work
