    Close caption sync problems

The last two movies I purchased on Vudu had the close captions out of sync by about 18 seconds. The titles were The Big Lebowski and Serenity. I have tried playing back on both a Roku Ultra and the Vudu app on my LG TV. The time shift is the same. Yes, I have tried cycling the power. Is this fixable at your end?

What quality are you seeing this issue with? SD? HDX? UHD?

Then that would indicate an entirely different issue. Please contact customer care so they can troubleshoot this with you.

Serenity should be good to go now. We are still working on The Big Lebowski.

Once you have The Big Lebowski fixed, I have a new one. I bought ET last night in UHD. 30 second delay on the captions. The captions are synced when I watch it in SD on my computer. I certainly hope we can get this worked out. I like VUDU when it works, but this is rapidly turning into more trouble than it is worth.

It has been a month since I reported the issue with The Big Lebowski. Has there been any progress on fixing the issue?
