Hannibal Season 3 Blu-ray "Invalid UV Code"

So, I get Hannibal Season 3 on Blu-ray today from Amazon, go to redeemmovie.com, which is the Ultraviolet site, login, type in my UV code and I get a message saying I have an "Invalid Code".

I checked the code several times for errors, re-typed it a time or two, and still get the same message.

I did post a support message, on site, with Ultraviolet about the problem. Maybe they just don't have the code entered into the system yet.

If I try to redeem the code on Vudu, it doesn't even bring up Hannibal Season 3 as a redeemable title.

Just a heads up or has anyone got the UV Hannibal Season 3 code to work? Anyway, waiting on an email response from the Ultraviolet website support.

The other two seasons can be redeemed here, but S3 requires going to Flixster. I would like to see Hannibal season 3 be redeemable on VUDU.

So, I went through the process of contacting Ultraviolet support and then UV wanted a picture of the Redemption Code which I sent to them last night around 6PM CST. UV was very responsive and last email that I received from them indicated they were working on the problem and I that I should just try the code again at a later time.

So, this morning, I go back to redeemmovie.com, login, type in my redemption code and the UV site immediately brought up a screen indicating that I need to proceed to Flixster, (I don't like Flixster and I never use Flixster. Why am I forced to login to a Flixster account that I never wanted in the first place? Plus, my UV account is linked to my Vudu account!!) login, and redeemed the code. I did check my Vudu account and Hannibal S3 did finally show up, after a few minutes, as being owned/purchased.

So, in the end, all is well. Just a little frustrating.

there are actually many codes that require flixster to redeem. its just part of the redemption process as far as i see it

Most other UV codes give you the option of choosing what site you prefer. Personally, I think Time Warner/Warner Bros. makes you redeem on Flixster just so you will be forced to make an account and hopefully use Flixster to drum up business. Seems like it is usually Warner TV series that force you to use Flixster. I know I had to redeem Fallings Skies S1 & S2 via Flixster. Seems like there was a season of Vampire Diaries that I had to redeem via Flixster. I guess it is their program and they can force me to jump through as many hoops as possible to get my UV program.

I did check my Hannibal S3 redemption card and it clearly states that I will able to pick my preferred vendor to redeem my code.

Did the season show up as being owned or did it still have the Buy button? That is, did it redeem as individual episodes or as a season?

I just checked. The season still has the Buy Button. So, it redeemed as individual episodes.

It was fixed within 24 hrs. after I reported my problem to UV support on the uvvu website. I would assume uvvu fixed any problems with all redemption codes for Hannibal S3.
