15 second instand replay broken in Vudu WebOS app 3.0.32

I'm using the Vudu app on an LG OLED55B6P. A few weeks ago I upgraded from 3.0.24 to 3.0.30 which was a big improvement and fixed a number of small issues I had. One of those was that the 15 second rewind was very unreliable.

Today I updated to 3.0.32. Most everything seems OK with the exception of that 15 second rewind. I now can't use that at all. When I try to use it the audio seems to correctly jump back but the video freezes and the blue spinning logo stays there. At that point I have to exit and resume the movie.

Just curious as to whether anyone else has run into this.

Just bumping this, as my new login apparently had issues and it took over two weeks for this to post.

      Hi Digital,

Could you share a little additional information? Are you encountering this issue with every movie you try and playback? Is it only seen with UHD specifically? Are you using the soft key on the animation bar or are you using the remote button to instant replay? Is there any chance you could send me a short video of what you're seeing?

Thanks for the reply! Sorry I missed this until now. This happens every time, and on any content...SD, HD or UHD. Oddly enough, the ONLY exception is when playing Trailers...those for whatever reason seem to work. I don't have an instant replay button on my remote, so this is always via the 15 second icon of the on-screen bar. I don't really have a good means if sending a video but I'll describe exactly what I see as best I can: When I use the instant replay the video jumps back but freezes on a single frame, and the blue spinning logo with the "Instant Replay" text on the screen never go away. Note however that the audio DOES in fact jump back and starts playback at that point. Again however, the video just stays on that one frame with the instant replay spinning logo. At that point I need to exit playback and resume. Hope that's clear. Thanks!

Just an update: Today I updated my VUDU app to 3.0.33 (7/23/2019) and that appears to have fixed this 15 second replay issue. Thanks!
