    My speed is 60 mbps and all other apps play great. Only Vudu says the speed is slow. Contacted Comcast and found that that my speed is correct. I just did a speed test and it shows I'm getting about 43 mbps

      Hi FelipeF.... I am having a similar issue. I submitted a request to Customer service originally in March and updated it multiple times with additional information. I have yet to receive even a courtesy email to say "We are looking in to it and expected resolution or follow up will occur by _____". Can you please have someone look into the case number
      180320-002392. it really is a very simple case of needing to relink my Ultraviolet account to the proper account and is likely something that can be handled by an effective customer service agent in minutes.

        I took at look at your ticket. This is an issue that only UV can assist you with. Linking is controlled by the user and the UV ecosystem. Please contact them directly to have someone look into your issue.

              I've been waiting on an account merge for a few weeks now. I'm closing my Vudu account and transferring the few movies on it (they are all disc to digital is that the issue?) to my Walmart account through Vudu.

                  FelipeF Do you think you could take a look at some of my support tickets? One specifically is very very important.

                  I've avoided filing any tickets for a long long time because it was always such a headache. But in recent months I finally filed several. They have mostly gone poorly. But one in particular is a huge huge deal and the people responding don't seem to have any understanding at all of the problem or what I'm trying to explain. It's becoming difficult to remain polite with the level of frustration I'm at with it.

                          I'm still missing an insane number of titles that just vanished from my library. Tons of them vanished while I was on the phone with Vudu and the rep witnessed it. But still no updates. It's been a very long time now. I'm starting to feel like it's too complicated for anyone to fix or that I've been abandoned.

                              I opened up a support ticket to have some unwanted titles removed from my library. I got 1 response that said they would be removed within 24-48 hours. We are going into day 5 I believe and only 2 of the titles I asked to be removed were actually removed. I've replied back to customer service, but have received zero response.

                              Can someone assist me? 190726-001344

                                Did you call them? I've had titles removed in the past and they did it while I was still on the phone with them.
