    Thanks to FelipeF about half of my tickets are finally taken care of. Thank you.

    I still have a bunch of IW tickets open. Most had replies asking for photos I had already submitted from the start but nothing since then.

      I've had one open for 3 weeks now too. I replied last week and never heard back from it. My case is

          I'm still waiting on a ton of IW tickets. It may just make more sense to return them at this point.

                        This is a new ticket from today but I've submitted and updated two others regarding the same issue in the past 6 days. Are you able to please help me Felipe?

                        Vudu has always been great about responding to support emails so I'm starting to think there just isn't anyone in looking at them.

                            I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks now, with no help. This is not normal, as I always hear back within 2 days. I never got an automated reply like other times neither.

                                I've also been waiting for a resolution to an Instawatch issue since 3/2. No one can seem to tell me when this issue will be resolved. I've also gotten the behind due to Christmas, also was told it's the studios that slow it down. I just want I paid for a nice credit to my account at this point.
