      Many of those titles are importing from your UV locker. You will need to delete them from UV to prevent them from re-importing back into your Vudu account.

        I've been dealing with an issue since the beginning of February and always get the same runaround (December backlog, etc.) whenever I try to follow-up. I purchased Once Upon A Time In America Extended Edition Blu-ray, but the Instawatch is redeeming the theatrical cut. It is extremely frustrating that I am in the b same place for almost two months without any progress. I just want the Extended Edition loaded into my library. Reference#160206-001058

          The Extended Cut is not UV eligible, therefore the studio is offering the theatrical version for InstaWatch.

                I do not know the specifics of your ticket but it sounds like once you delete them from your UV locker you should be all set (once your vudu account syncs with your UV locker the titles should vanish from vudu).

                So you probably (hopefully) do not need another ticket.

                  In the past I had UV enabled episodes, and removing them from my UV locker never helped. I just deleted 4 titles, and poof they are gone... all but one title... which isn't even in my UV locker, even though it's UV enabled?

                    FelipeF, I was able to clear out all but one title from my ticket.                     I would open a ticket with UV. It's definitely an imported title.

                      I read on another post that UV titles didn't show in their locker until they did a D2D. I will be doing a few tonight, hopefully it will pop up, if not I will open a ticket with them. I actually have 3 Green Lantern titles, none are showing in my UV locker. Thanks for the help with the other titles though!

                        Sometimes not everything shows up on myuv.com even if you search for it, for whatever reason.

                        Try navigating directly to the movie page and see if it shows the title is owned. If it shows up there, you should be able to delete it without opening a ticket:

                              It was still showing up in my listed as owned just a few minutes ago, still. However, I logged into an old UV account that I had merged with the one I started using when I realized I was going to use Vudu permanently, and there were the three Green Lantern titles sitting in that UV account. I deleted the one I didn't need, and it took it off my Vudu just now. I thank you for all you help on everything. I know I was a hassle.

                                I wanted to follow-up on an issue that's been open since February (Ref# 160213-000919.) and no additional info have been provided regarding the inability to watch Henry V on MacPro, iPhone App or iPad. I can only watch the movie on the Roku.
