    New (Web) Order History format

The new Order History format on the Vudu.com web site has some bugs. Any order that has more than one title only shows the first title in the order history. Any of the other titles on that order can't be seen although the total order amount is shown correctly.

I'm not seeing any bug. So far as I know the only ways to make more than 1 purchase at a time are D2D and Mix & Match. I just checked my most recent purchases from each format and what I am seeing is that the first purchase in the group has an image of the cover but immediately to the right of that all the movies are listed. Then I looked a couple years back in my history to when I was converting 10 or more movies at a time through D2D. There I see the first movie listed at the full price and all the other movies listed individually for $0.00.

I'm looking at the site an a PC running Windows 10 and my browser is Firefox.

Weird, I'm using Windows 10 with Google Chrome. I checked with Firefox and don't see any difference. The "Price" shows the total price with tax and the "Tax" shows up as zero. I don't see anything to the right other than the total price details. Yes, I do believe my multi-item orders are from the D2D/M2D orders.

To clarify, my most recent multi-item purchase was at the beginning of December 2019 prior to the new Order History format. I wonder if the old data was not converted correctly. Looking at the HTML for the page, the data for those other titles aren't there so it doesn't appear to be a display issue.

I see the same issue. Multiple title D2D or M2D purchases show correct total but only 1 title. It is same behavior for purchases prior to and after the update.

OK, that's strange. Now I'm seeing the same thing on d2d purchases even though they were listed 2 days ago. The mix and match are still listing all the movies. So I'm guessing this is something they have a fix for but it's unstable,or else they just removed the listing because it was unstable. Hopefully it will get sorted out and go back to working. I would really like having the proof that I owned the movies in case they get removed for some reason.
