    Help creating account

I have been having a heck of a time signing up. The signup forces you to have at least 1 Capital letter and I have sent emails explaining that to use the service I will be using a Blu-Ray player that is not capable of creating a CAPITAL letter. it is not really a keyboard layout and only has a-z and 0-9 available with no other "keys". the first 3 times I received a Reset link, I tried again and I got a nice explanation on how to use the "Shift" key. I think it is just a Bot answering the questions because if they actually read it they would understand. I have a feeling I just won't be able to use the service but these auto-replies really irk me and I am looking to get a real answer. just in case it was not clear, there is No "Shift", "up arrow" or "CAPS" option. it is not even laid out like a keyboard there are a total of 36 options. a-z and 0-9. the blu-ray player is less than a year old so this can't be an uncommon thing.

    Re: Help creating account

I've never heard of a internet capable device not allowing capital letters. It's pretty much standard practice for online services to require a least one capital letter for their password requirements. What device do you have? Have you tried Googling your device and how to input a capital letter? You'll be amazed on how many other people have asked the same question.

      Re: Help creating account

If the device does not allow capital letters, it would be impossible to log in to almost every online account, as every one I know of uses case-sensitive passwords (which could have capital letters), and many require at least 3 types of characters from capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, and punctuation.

I suggest contacting the manufacturer's technical support department.
