    Batman v Superman Ultra HD Network Error

    I just purchased this title on Ultra HD.

    I keep getting a network error and try again later message when trying to stream it on my LG new OLED B6 smart TV. My Smart TV ethernet is wired and I have 150mbs Comcast. HDX copies load up fine on the same exact vudu session. This title even plays fine on my phone over wifi.

    I have tried exiting out of the app and entering it. Along with turning off and back on the Smart TV.

    When will this issue be fixed? Has anyone been able to steeam the Ultra HD version successfully today?

    Having the same problem. I can get the theatrical cut to work, but not the extended and the extended is what I wanted. Wired 50 mbps connection.

      What are the make and models of your devices? Please make sure you can stream AT LEAST at a constant 11Mbps for UHD playback. Run a speedtest from the following link to make sure you can.

        I'm getting 40 mbps wired and I'm wired.

          I keep getting the same error for BvS extended cut in UHD. I have an LG 65" B6 and 150 Mbps. This is a problem with this particular title as the two other UHD titles in my Vudu library work fine. As do all other streaming services. I sent an email to support two days ago and have not gotten a reply. I should either get a refund or Vudu should get this fixed!

            I purchased the Batman v Superman movie and was getting the network error message. Called support and opened a case. They asked me to do a bunch of things and after 1.5 hours on the phone was asked to run tracert. A day after I called and they told me the reason is because my tv is not compatible with UHD. My tv model is LG 75uh8500, running with latest VUDU app. Others with same model are reporting no problems. Very dissapointed with my first VUDU purchase.

                Thanks but this is a fairly frustrating reply. You'll note the original poster said that he had 150Mbps wired. I am in the same boat -- 150Mbps and all my other UHD Vudu movies stream perfectly. There is clearly something wrong with this particular file and Vudu should quickly investigate. This was a pretty expensive purchase. Thank you.

                  This is a different speedtest using Vudu servers, not your typical ISP speed test. This is why I asked. We're looking into this issue. Anyone else using something other than an LG UHD TV?

                    Fair enough, just pretty frustrated. And again, all is well with other Vudu UHD Dolby Vision titles.

                      I have the top of the line LG OLED 65E6P

                      How come Roku 4 won't stream Vudu in Dolby Vision, but I get 4k

                      When will the Roku 4 be able to stream Dolby Vision.

                      Also through my LG I can watch multiple movies with Dolby Vision but I ALSO get the "network error" and freeze on Ultimate Edition and Extras on Batman vs Superman ONLY.


                      VERY ANNOYING!

                      Enjoy very much having 4K Dolby Vision UHD titles to watch

                          LG pushed out an update to the Vudu app over the weekend, which fixed the problem. BvS in UHD now works. Thanks Felipe for hearing us on this board, informing us a fix was in the works and taking care of this so quickly!

                          Looks really great in Dolby Vision on my LG OLED B6. First time I've really appreciated Dolby Vision. Also, the movie is better than its reputation. Clunky, overly serious and lots of issues but pretty entertaining. I'd say a C+.

                            yeah, i have a vizio p50-c1 and just bought BvS ultimate edition but not able to play it. it will play hdx but the second i turn it to UHD, it loads forever, blocks other network traffic to the tv.

                              I am, vizio p50-c1 same error, but it crashes vudu and goes back to the chromecast homescreen
