    At least 1 Movie and 3 seasons of a tv show disappeared from my library

    I've already sent an email but I thought maybe making a post here might resolve it faster ... I noticed today a movie I preordered (Medieval - https://www.vudu.com/content/movies/...dieval/2111833) has disappeared from my library along with the first 3 seasons of (The Walking Dead).. I have around 3.5k movies and 200 TV Shows so there could be other titles gone and I wouldn't have a clue about it... not sure if that's something you guys could figure out on your end?.. My account no longer owns this movie or seasons.... it will only let me re-buy them.

      yeah vudu customer service seems to have gone downhill.... Haven't reached out to them in a while... I seem to remember problems getting resolved fairly fast before... now I'm getting the run around for just a $15 movie and a few seasons of a show... Tried chatting with person online first then sent an email..no one so far seems to have even bothered reading my email/issue... they were giving me steps to clear filters and things...

            "escalating your case" apparently means ignoring you now I guess...I payed with paypal. I'm pretty sure i can go in and say vudu stole it or something (chargeback or w/e) lol...which at this point isn't too far off.... How hard can it be to put one movie and 3 seasons of a show back on my account?... I've provided all the necessary proof ...

                FelipeF ... anything you can do on this? Case # 00760365 ... customer support has just been ignoring me... i've sent multiple emails to them for updates and heard nothing back at all.......other then going to paypal and seeing if they can do a chargeback(which would only help me on the movie and not the tv seasons) - I'm at a loss at what to do here.... 2 months is a little excessive by anyone's standards...

                  I would be wary of going to charge dispute. I wouldn’t be surprised if Vudu suspended or closed an account. Legal or not it would be even more frustrations to deal with.

                    I mean the movie I'm missing is a movie I preordered here... I have the order # and the paypal transaction # .....they've basically just stolen from me and ignoring me at this point.....

                          Yes when it was first available to do so... The only thing I had over there was a couple movies that wouldn't redeem on vudu..... I did see a notification under account to merge them again - so I went ahead and did so... and nothing has changed I still don't have the movie or the 3 seasons.... Medieval was preorderd on Vudu.com (I have the order# and Paypal transaction # - already sent to CS)....and the 3 season were redeemed on vudu as well...

                            ok abour 4 hours later.... I don't know if you guys did something on your end or merging my vudu and fandango account again did something(which I wouldn't understand because it was preordered/purchased on vudu and I even played it on this account before it was gone) but Medieval is there now.... . the Walking Dead seasons are still missing though .....

                            also weirdly enough on the Medieval movie... it now plays on my Roku Ultra... previously that movie in particular would crash the vudu app.... but would play in the browser..... now it plays on both..
