Vudu Forum Guidelines

The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Vudu customers with questions and/or problems with their Vudu service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Vudu Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Vudu Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Vudu reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

1. Obscenities, defamatory language, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
2. Email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses or other forms of contact information
3. "Spam" content, references to other products, advertisements, or other offers
4. Spiteful or inflammatory comments about other users or their comments

    Content not importing from UV library (2016 edition)

    Not sure if it there was a vudu update or a UV update last night, but about 98% of the titles that import from my UV library disappeared this morning.

    myuv.com still shows all titles, they just are not currently importing to vudu.

    Relinking the library does not do anything.

    Only the most recently added content is actually importing from UV.

    Could someone with tech support check this out please?

      Having issues here too. Dunno if it's UV or Vudu with the problem. I hope someone from Vudu can chime in.

          Having issues here are well. Movies still in UV but missing from Vudu.

              im missing 700 movies from my collection i called customer care they said the phones were blowing up with the same issue

                        We are aware of this issue and have already contacted UV about. They are in the process of doing some maintenance. Hopefully this will all get resolved soon.

                              We Really do appreciate you acknowledging the issue, and I know this might be all on UV's side but...the two words that give me concern here are "Hopefully" and "soon". Vudu's idea of "soon" has proven to be very different from the rest of the world's definition. Are we talking hours? Days? Months? There are hundreds of members in my UV community that are up in arms over this, and would really appreciate a more concise reply. TIA.
