The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Fandango at Home customers with questions and/or problems with their Fandango at Home service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Fandango at Home Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

        Unfortunately, the fix for this issue must be delayed. This isn't an easy of a fix I'm afraid. Sorry for the delay. No ETA at the moment.

          Maybe your developers should check with Flixster developers. I have to use flixster not to watch my Ultraviolet video's.

            Color me shocked. Maybe you guys should look at getting some more Project Managers or Devs to help with this issue. As someone that worked for a development shop, this sort of thing would have never flown. To me, this just means that this issue is a super low priority for you guys which isn't fair. The amount of people that own phones in the Moto Z line are growing. It's a shame that a phone with so much potential is getting such little support. Guess I'll start looking for alternative places to host my movie collection moving forward. Did not mean or want this post to sound rude, but as a loyal customer for years, this is very upsetting.

                Any update on this ? This is ridiculous how it's being handled. I have like 200 movies on Vudu and I can't watch them on my phone.

                      This is still being worked on and we are very close to getting this resolved. I can't give an ETA at the moment but it's soon.

                          Yes, the fix was released yesterday. Please update the Vudu app from the Google PlayStore if you haven't done so already.

                              I am having the same issue on the Droid Turbo 2. I open the app, use the drop-down menu click on my movies and then a list of all my purchased movies will populate. I click on a movie and then click on play HDX (even attempted the SD version). The screen will change to the title of the movie with the icon then between 15-20 seconds the app reverts back to the movie options with a message that states "encountered an error during playback. Close Vudu app and try again."
                              Much like the others, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared all cached files from the phone everything except reset the phone back to it's factory settings and still no movies.
                              I have also attempted to download several movies to my SD card to watch. I have attempted the download both with and without access to WiFi. I have noticed that it will download about 90% of the movie, then just stop or display "Error".

                              IS THERE ANY FIX????????? I AM TIRED OF HAVING MOVIES AVAILABLE VIA THE WEB, BUT NOT ABLE TO ACCESS THEM.
