I am very relieved to have them back, but on a side note some movies that were HD are now SD. I am going to give it a few days to see if it will change on its own, if not I will mention it to UV/VUDU.
At this time I also note that my missing films have returned to my My Vudu queue, but, like you, I note that the previously missing films still do not appear at myuv.com.

There is also a missing movies thread. Perhaps we should all compare notes. This seems to be a significant issue. I am missing 32 movies and I have seen reports of 200, 60 and more. It also seems that support is offering the same comments to all.

For the majority of us the movies are not missing. They are at myuv.com in our lockers. They however are not importing in. Mine is fixed, but at one point I was not seeing over 700 movies. It's a linking issue and if you have Vudu refresh your link and relink all of your various accounts it will correct itself. Mine took 12 hours after I relonked.

It would seem that many of these issues began around 1/10/17. It is a relief that some of you have gotten a positive outcome. My situation is still in limbo. It's very frustrating.

Re: Where did my movies go?

I have such a large library I'm not even sure what I'm missing but I know I'm missing "Despicable Me" since my daughter watches it often. I'll definitely keep better track from now on. I haven't heard from Vudu yet and I just submitted a "contact us" to UV which after giving it some thought is more likely where the issue lies. DM would be one of the few movies I obtained by using a digital code from a disc rather than just purchasing outright via Vudu or with the DVD/Vudu upgrade. I hope they get it fixed soon as I'm done buying movies via Vudu/UV until it gets resolved. A little scary to see a purchase suddenly disappear on you. At least on that particular one I still have a physical disc.

            Regards

I reviewed your account and do not seen any instance of "Despicable Me" ever being on your account. I only see "Despicable Me 2". If the title was ever on your account, we keep a record of that, even if it was deleted.

Thank you for checking, would that only be records for Vudu purchased films or do you include the linked libraries? How it all ties together is completely clear to me, I do know that I did not purchase that film through Vudu rather activated it via a code (Ultraviolet?). However I use the Vudu app to play all the films so I've watched it via Vudu dozens of times.

If the movie was importing from your UV account and then for some reason removed/deleted, I would still see that it was once on your Vudu account. You might have Despicable Me on another UV/Vudu account.

Same happened to me today. Pokemon The First Movie, and Pokemon The Movie 2000 both disappeared from my library. I emailed them, but seriously... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?! Why even bother buying digitally if they can disappear from your library...

The only Pokemon movie that's ever been in your account is Pok?mon Detective Pikachu. The other ones mentioned were never there to begin with.
