The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Vudu customers with questions and/or problems with their Vudu service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Vudu Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Vudu Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Vudu reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

1. Obscenities, defamatory language, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum

    Restoring secure network connection

    Hi, recently logged into vudu on my LG 4k TV and every few seconds it comes up saying restoring secure network connection, please wait. This is making it so I can't use vudu on my tv. I have checked Internet speeds and it is around 36mbps. Any solution to this would be fabulous. Thanks

    I am having the same exact problem with my lg led smart TV when trying to use Vudu. I would like to fix this so I am able to utilize Vudu on my TV. Any help would be appreciated.

      I'm also having the same issue. I'm able to watch VUDU through both my Tivo and Blu-Ray player, but on my TV, it's in a constant state of "Restoring Secure Network Connection" error. I can't even browse the app, much less watch a movie.

        I've also been having this problem since about the end of January if I remember correctly. 49UH6030-UD LG 4K TV.

            Has this problem been corrected yet, I am going on month 5 of not being able to use my VUDU account on my LG 4k television.

              Sorry for the inconvenience, we are currently working on a solution at the moment. If testing is successful, we will pass this fix along to LG so they can publicly release it.

                  I get this error constantly on my Vizio P65-C1 TV app. Even pops up in the menu. What is the deal? VUDU has been contacted about ten times. I just got off the phone with my ISP and they do not block any ports. I'm gonna factory reset my router tonight and see if it helps.

                  Anyone know anything about resolving this error?
