    How long does it take to get "Instawatch" copy?

    I Ordered "Automata" Blu Ray with Instawatch from Walmart.com on 5/4/17 & opened ticket w/screenshot of Walmart receipt about 4 hours later, after not receiving the Instawatch. (170504-000396)

    Received response from Adrienne F. from CC on 5/6/17 stating it had been escalated to Promotions and would be "quickly resolved".

    Sent an inquiry on 5/10/17 requesting an update. Have heard nothing back.

    It's now been 11 days & I'm wondering if there's something I'm missing. One problem that may be affecting this is that I've NEVER received emails from Vudu. I've checked spam & email settings, and there is nothing to indicate I have them blocked. I can't imagine how many promos I've missed out on in the 5 years I've been a customer, but right now I want to know what I have to do to get Automata in my library.

    I only purchased this title to obtain the Instawatch. I could care less about the Blu Ray, which I have already received via snail mail.

            Felipe...I seem to be having the same issues with my Blu Ray w/Instawatch purchase for Automata. I've filed a support ticket to get this matter resolved. But, haven't heard back from anyone as of yet. Please help!!! My case number is (18085687)

                      I'm Having An Issue With The A-X-L (Blu-ray). Bought It At Wal-Mart And It Had The Instawatch Sticker And I Scanned My Wal-Mart Receipt With The Wal-Mart App And I Never Got An Email Confirmation And It's Still Not Showing Up In My Vudu Account.

                              I'm having another issue with a receipt from Walmart. This time it's the Paranormal Activity 6 disc blu ray set. It has a sticker on the front telling me to save my receipt so I can redeem my digital copy. However there is no redemption code on my receipt. My case Id is 191206-001165.
