A Little Help with Disney Movies Anywhere to Vudu

I have had my Disney Movies Anywhere (DMA) linked to my VUDU account for some time now. This past May I added Star Wars: The Force Awakens digital code to my DMA account. I had not used VUDU for a while over summer (due to vacations and such) and now I come to go away to school yet again and come to find out, Star Wars TFA is not showing in my VUDU account.

Now, I delinked my accounts today and the relinked them. That did not seem to fix the problem as TFA is still absent from my VUDU library. I even tried re-inputing the code that came with the movie (says it is an invalid code).

Is there any other way to add it? Also, I do not want this to occur to any other Disney movie I try to add to either account. Please Help.

Re: A Little Help with Disney Movies Anywhere to Vudu

Your DMA link is showing as "pending". Please contact DMA support for further assistance.

Re: A Little Help with Disney Movies Anywhere to Vudu

I just contacted them regarding the issue. Thank you very much.

Do you know why there could be a disconnect if it says it is synced on my Account page on their end?

So DMA got back to me and said the following:

"To update your consent to share movie data between VUDU and Disney Movies Anywhere, please follow the steps below:

        1. Go to and log into your account

        2. Access your account settings by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner

        3. Select ?Account Info?

        4. Under ?Disney Movies Anywhere Library Sharing Consent,? select ?Renew?. "

Now my problem is, this is all credible, up until number 4, where under account info there is now DMA Library Sharing Consent button on my end.

And my problem still pertains to, I can't disconnect from DMA unless I wish to wait 180 days to renew

Re: A Little Help with Disney Movies Anywhere to Vudu

This is what the Terms and Conditions states about relinking:

However, the DMA account to which an individual Participating Provider account is connected cannot be switched to a different DMA account more than once in any 180 day period (and vice versa).

Re: A Little Help with Disney Movies Anywhere to Vudu

I don't get the option to renew at all :/
