Movies not showing up in VUDU

I connected itunes, VUDU, Amazon, google play onto the new Movie Anywhere. I'm noticing that some of my itunes movies are not showing up in VUDU, but some are.

The one movie I can specifically think of that is not showing up is The Mummy, the new version. The Mummy is showing up in Amazon, Itunes and Google Play, but not in VUDU. I redeemd this on itunes by the way.

VUDU does not currently have The Mummy in UHD.

Re: Movies not showing up in VUDU

Jake, is it possible for a title not to import into vudu at all even if it exists in both Movies Anywhere and UV libraries - but different quality in each?

For example if you own SD via UV and HD via Movies Anywhere, or HD via UV and UHD via Movies Anywhere?

Another vudu account which is linked using UV sharing only and no Movies Anywhere imports everything correctly, but I am not sure exactly what conditions can cause this.

Edit: once a movie won't port in, unlinking both MA and UV, then trying either one on their own, the affected movies still will not port in. But connecting one of the libraries to another vudu account, they will port in.

Re: Movies not showing up in VUDU

So I tried to make a separate post about this but the thread was deleted

I've been able to get a couple of the missing movies to port to vudu via UV, but not all. They vanish once I disconnect UV even though they are also in my MA library.

I've disconnected my UV library and left just MA connected while I wait for the movies to port in to vudu.

It has been 7 days and I am still waiting for them to appear from MA ... new movies added to my MA library have ported through, but there are still a bunch that won't import.

Is there a number of days/weeks this should take? Thanks.

Re: Movies not showing up in VUDU

It appears that movies being in a different resolution at MA and UV makes them disappear from Vudu. Another Vudu account that isn't connected to Movies Anywhere, that is using UV sharing can watch the movies fine though. Even disconnecting MA and staying linked to UV doesn't change a thing. You would think that any movie in my UV account would be watchable at a linked Vudu account, but nope. I've been having this ongoing problem since connecting MA.

Oh, and these missing movies at Vudu are available to watch across all other digital retailers connected to my MA.

It has been over 2 weeks... is someone at least looking at the issue even if there is no timetable for a fix??

Well, I see no reply since October. I just merged Vudu and iTunes using MoviesAnywhere and 25% of the Vudu library did not port to iTunes and about 15% of the iTunes library did not port over to Vudu. I purchased Independence Day (1996) on iTunes after the two were linked and it ported to Vudu. Tonight, I purchased The Arrival and it did not port to iTunes. And, "Arrival" did not port from Vudu to iTunes, either. MoviesAnywhere is not showing either of the Arrivals in my inventory, either. **Sigh**

The Arrival is NOT an MA enabled movie, therefore it's not going to port over to iTunes through MA. It is UV enabled though.

So... I just bought a movie in iTunes and it shows up in my MA account, but not on My Vudu. Does it take some time to catch up with my purchase, or is it a glitch?

I am also having this issue, and although only one of my titles did not port from iTunes to either Vudu or Movies Anywhere, it is frustrating. Please get this fixed. I use Chromecast to view my movies on my smart tv, but Apple only allows viewing from device to tv by using Apple TV. If anyone could tell me how to correct this issue, I would be grateful.

How long does it take for a movie to show up? I recently purchased Bambi and redeemed through Google. It's still now showing up in my VUDU after 30 minutes.
