Control Bar Not Disappearing In Full Screen

When I watch a movie in full screen, the control bar does not disappear like it used to. In fact, the progress bar doesn't even move. The movie plays fine but the control bar remains.

    Some details:

I am using a desktop PC.
I can only watch movies on SD on my PC so it's during SD playback.
I am up to date on Flash.
I am using the latest Firefox.
The control bar always disappeared like it was supposed to before. This just started happening.
I have tried this with different movies in my library and they are all affected.

I am still having this problem and have still not gotten any help with this matter.

    Very disappointed.

So after over a month I got a response with only a couple of solutions that didn't help. Yes, I've tried different browsers. Yes, my Flash is up to date. In Firefox, the bar doesn't go away. In Chrome, the bar goes away but the video skips.

Is there a number I can call? I'm frustrated at this point. Poor online customer service and I have a bunch of movies now that look like garbage when I play them on my PC, which is where I watch most of my stuff. This is wasted money imo.

Just checked this out myself and that's exactly what happens in Firefox. It works just fine in IE. Yes I know it is an abomination as far as browsers go but if you only use it for watching Vudu it seems to work just fine.

Yeah I heard somebody else tell me it happened for them recently too and they suspect it's the FF57.

However, VUDU is working terribly in Chrome now too. Videos skip when I use Chrome Browser (this does ~not~ happen in FF)

So, no matter what browser I use, I seem to have different issues. This sucks.

And yes, I have the latest Flash, etc.
