another buffering problem that Vudu says is all AT&T's fault

Like many others, Vudu buffers almost constantly for me and has for the past few months. I called Vudu and was almost immediately told that AT&T is intentionally throttling Vudu. Since that seems highly unlikely and since it also seems that better support responses are received here in the forum, I am trying one last time before I delete Vudu. I have AT&T's U-Verse and it consistently measures about 18Mb down with some tests going just about 14.5MB down depending on the connection point in the U.S.. Yet, neither of the two PCs with Boxee, which I installed to use to test, nor the Samsung HT-C6500 will play Vudu without buffering. Originally last summer, the Samsung was on a powerline adapter and Vudu would play without issue. Then a few months ago and ever since, Vudu buffers even in SD. The Samsung conistently measured about 7MB on the powerline adapter which is roughly half the network speed that the PC on the same switch does. To eliminate as much of my home network infrastructure as possible, I have an ethernet cable going directly from the AT&T U-Verse residential gateway to the Samsung and it now measures just above 10Mb consistently. Tonight, I watched a number of trailers in SD without issue and so I rented a movie in SD to test. For about thirty minutes, the movie played without issue but then started buffering constantly. After about ten minutes of the near constant buffering, I turned the movie off and went to find something else to watch. I really liked Vudu initially and would like to keep it if I can get it to function properly. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
