You will need to contact Sharp support for this specific error code. This is an issue on their end that affects the Vudu app.

Re: Error Code 60: Problem with the CA cert

I am having this same error message. After several hours and speaking to Vudu, Sharp and my ISP, I have no resolution. Each entity is stating the issue is originating because of another. Has anyone been able to get this issue resolved?

Please power-cycle your Sharp TV (unplug from power, wait a minute and replug) and see if that resolves the issue.

Re: Error Code 60: Problem with the CA cert

Same problem here and going on several weeks. Called sharp tech-support today, they were useless. They are still blaming this error code on vudu/Netflix and to contact them to resolve. Bought my "smart "TV in 2013 oddly enough many apps don't even work anymore (YouTube, Aquos live, etc.) and sharp tells me they are not at fault.

Has anyone been able to permanently resolve this with sharp?

Unfortunately, there's nothing Vudu can do to resolve this issue. The problem lies with Sharp's NTP server, it's either down or returning the wrong information. I'd advise you contact Sharp customer support and have your case escalated with them.

I found this on the web and it worked on my sharp TV.
Go to smart central. Select Sharp web browser. Hit D (yellow) on remote until bottom bar appears. Select Menu (Wrench). Select Security. Select CA Certificates. Highlight Time Stamping Authority CA. move over to check box and uncheck. Problem solved.
