150 Mb Las Vegas COX cable, wired Gb network in the entire house.. BUFFERING! HD&HDX

I have 150 Mb down via Cox Cable Las Vegas, and 35 Mb up.. Tests with all the major speed tests including VUDU all very good.. most over 100 Mb down. I actually have COX coming out to look at the signals for my house this week to confirm this is not them... I have paid a lot into the VUDU collection and it would suck not to have quality access to the movies I have in my collection. Its embarrassing to have it buffer on a movie night with your friends. When they know you have the bad-daddy setup. I don't want to be known as the buffering guy. HDX, HD,,, they do it the same. I even recorded it on my phone if VUDU doesn't believe me.

Wired GB connection in my house... etc. Streaming via the Xbox360

I have tried other providers like Zune, Amazon, Netflix, HBO Go.. no problems there. They may not require the same bitrate for a stream, but I love my VUDU account. VUDU techs... please help!

CCNA / Developer... Live in the IP video networking world... I promise its not my network or configuration. I can show you my cacti/MRTG reports if you are interested. Not DNS ether, tried the open DNS servers as well as my provider DNS servers... doesn't seem to help. I can only think its the content distribution servers having a hard time serving out a stable bitrate to each client.

DOES VUDU techs look at these forums?
