Have had this problem for over a week. Finally called tech support and they had me do the power cycle (which I already told them I did) and of course that did not work. Passed all the vudu speed tests with flying colors. Tech support said they would have to escalate me, but of course the next level support was closed! Very disappointing. My love-hate relationship with vudu is starting to become all hate at this point.

I have Verizon Fios with 75/20 speed, hardwired connection, trying to run vudu via a Panny Blu-Ray player. Vudu does work via my computer, however.
