Country setting usa does not match location nil

I live outside of town so my only broadband options are fixed wireless. I can get 8Mbps down and other streaming services like netflix and amazon prime work fine but I can't stream any of my vudu content to any device. I contacted tech support and they told me I'm double nat'ed which I can see in the tracert I put my router into bridge and that did not help. I contacted my ISP and they told me I'm tripple nat'ed so even if I bridge in the house I'm still double nat'ed. Are there any other options?

Does anyone know more of the technical details of why this does not work? Why does it work for one NAT and not for two? Does it rely on upnp or other protocols to pin hole the firewall? Perhaps there are things I could get my ISP to change but I don't think they are going to take down the firewall on their side of the wireless link.

Is there any support for IPv6 from vudu. I have a direct IPv6 address.

Could you share you case number? I'd like to take a look at your network setup.

This seems to be a common problem, connection where Vudu thinks we are out of the Country and we are not. No one seems to know the answer. My service has been out since Jan 15 (almost 6 weeks now) and NO help from Vudu.

Any resolution here or help in how to fix this? Vudu is NO help at all. Mine has been going on since Jan 15, 2018 and still no resolution. I've started purchasing my movies on Amazon but I still have almost 300 movies that are not covered by ultraviolet or moviesanywhere and stuck on Vudu.

Why is Vudu telling me that my location and country are different when they have never changed?
