    Where can I purchase a Vudu gift card from?

    I want to purchase a Vudu Girt card. Where can I do so? The app has a place to “Add Vudu Gift card”.

    Vudu no longer supports Vudu gift cards since we are no longer affiliated with Walmart.

      Will Fandango and / or Fandango NOW gift cards work on VUDU then?

        FandangoNow gift cards will obviously work on FN. If the title is Movies Anywhere eligible then you'll see it in Vudu if the accounts are linked to the same MA account.

          Since this is the case, then can Vudu please remove the Vudu Gift Card option as a payment method? It is confusing and gives false hope that maybe a Vudu gift card option has or will become available. It is very disappointing that Vudu can't get their own gift card, or at least allow FandangoNow gift cards.

            This is true, but since FN doesn't allow purchasing UHD upgrades for movies already owned, like Vudu, there is no way to upgrade MA movies with a gift card on FN or Vudu. That stinks!

              You are correct. Fair point. I neglected to mention this time like I normally would as comment was about gift cards and normally that would be people to give to someone else who’s likely buying a movie they don’t have instead of buying a second time.

              That said I have hundred of dollars of FN gift cards bought at 35% off to use for buying MA (mostly) new releases. But with the pandemic there has been almost nothing of interest on my part. And as you point out I obviously can’t use them to upgrade either and FN has had some amazing 4K sales.

                In some states, like mine, it is illegal for gift cards to have an expiration or even deduct a management fee after so many months as gift cards are considered cash.

                Thus since there may and likely are unused gift cards they legally can’t remove the redemption option, at least not for a set number of years, if all all. Adding a footnote would cause its own set of issues.
