    VUDU Support ignoring emails?

    Has anyone else reached out to Vudu Support recently via the website and received no reply beyond the automated one? I sent an message to Vudu on July 9 asking for help after I redeemed a 4K disc code but was only given access to the HDX (not UHD) version of the movie. Vudu sent me an automated email back from support @ vudu [dot] com reading as follows:

    "Thank you for contacting Vudu Customer Care, we are reviewing your request and will respond as quickly as possible.

    Please allow up to 72 hours to receive a response."

    After five days, I sent a response directly via email asking for further help, but no reply came from Vudu. In the past, inquiries for support regarding something like this got a reply from Vudu Support pretty quickly, or within 7-10 total (not business) days during the height of COVID hysteria. It's now July 27th and I haven't heard back from Vudu at all. Just curious if anyone else is having similar problems.

    Doubt it would but did you try them on the phone to hopefully get a live person?

    Support seems (even more) really thin since the ownership transfer.
