First my phone can't install/update/play the Vudu app after already being installed, now my tablets. I'm extremely disappointed and just dropped a lot of money on movies yesterday.
Tech products age a lot quicker then you think. Especially with a new OS version coming out almost every year, devices will eventually get left behind. Nature of the beast really.

I am not able to play movies on my Android tablet anymore. I never had issues until about a week ago. I have done everything possible to fix the problem. I can watch them on my laptop so I know it isn't my internet connection or anything.

What Android tablet are you using? Are you using the latest version of our app? Please explain your issue in detail.

Re: Updated: Vudu comes to Android phones and tablets

I have an Android box "Andoer" running Android 5.1.1
          Model # tk3368-box Kernel 3.10.0

I use to be able to use VUDU but now it says log in failed. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but no luck. I am POSITIVE that my account info in accurate as I logged out and re logged in using both my phone and PC. I even tried using a USB keyboard in case something was messed up with the on screen keyboard.

          Thanks

Re: Updated: Vudu comes to Android phones and tablets

I just installed the Vudu app from the Play Store on my two Android tablets that run Android 7.1.2. On both I get "login failed" when trying to sign in even though I am using the correct info. This is while I am on my home WiFi network. I am in the US and don't use a VPN. The Vudu app works fine on my Android phone which has Android v5.1.1. I can log in to the Vudu website on the tablets but of course can't play any content since it requires Flash.

This is extremely frustrating. What could be the problem?

Check in Manage My Devices in your account from a browser and see if you are at the max limit of 8 devices. If so..you can't any more devices unless you delete something first.

Not the issue. It was the first thing I checked and I'm pretty sure you get a different message anyway. Was able to install the app on an Android phone and log in just fine. Its an incompatibility of the app with the tablets. Which makes no sense since the app installed fine and should be compatible.

I simply need to know how do i fix the (Login Failed) error on my tablet with Vudu??? I've changed my password 3 times and I know I'm doing everything correctly however, when I go back to login, it still says Login Failed. I didn't see any answers on this forum that answered the question??? Please advise how i can sign into vudu and move forward.
