The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     The Vudu app on IOS 7 won't Download any movies. I hope you are working on a upgrade. And also, add sorting options please!

        Yes, PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!!! cannot watch downloaded movies or download them at all with iOS 7!!!! This is crazy!!!! all other apps have had updates for iOS 7 but VUDU!!!!!!

          I am sorry that I couldn't reproduce this download/playback issue. I have iPad 2 and fully restored to get official release iOS 7.

          Please give us more info if you have the official iOS 7 release. The VUDU app needs not to get upgrade and it just works as is.

            Download failed when trying to put movies on iPad

            For some reason I can no longer download movies to my ipad.

            I start the download from the Vudu app, but the only message I get is "failed". This happened with Gatsby and Jarhead.

            I'm running an iPad2 with iOS 7

            Any ideas?

              I have the Verizon iPad mini 16GB white version, with IOS7 Public Release. It will download, but not play without wifi. I can't believe you don't want to update the app. Even if it works, it's sill lacking features, such as sorting, and search. I need to be able to search my collection when I'm in a store looking for used titles to buy. The web site also won't work in mobile safari or google chrome.

                Downloaded ios7 for iPad mini, now I can't access any movies in my collection. Is there a fix for this?

                  I'm having the same problem. I can't download anymore on my ipad. Tried Gatsby and Jarhead. I'm running iOS7 on an ipad 2

                    I am using the public release of ios 7 on my iPhone 4S and the app will not allow me to download movies to the device. They all fail after 5 sec.

                        I uninstalled the app and reinstalled in for IOS7 and now my movies are downloading. Unfortunately, that means that i lost the movies I already had downloaded so I have to download them again.

                          I had to uninstall and reinstall the app after the IOS7 update. Unfortunately, that means I lost movies that were already downloaded so I'm downloading them again.

                            I was having the same issues. This worked for me; I deleted the vudu app (and yes all of it's data) then reinstalled the app. It is now downloading and playing movies. I am using and iPhone 5.

                              I was having the same issue on my iPhone. I deleted the vudu app (and yes all of it's data) then reinstalled the app. It is now downloading and playing movies fine. Hope this helps.
