Full hard drive? This is fun...

I have like 54 movies in my MyMovies, but when I went to purchase another TV show it said my Hard Drive was full and to wait for rentals to complete or something weird like that. The thing is I dont have any rentals on my box, and I have like 54 movies, of which 3 are HD. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue? or when the USB will be available for external storage?

So you bought 54 movies already? You are definitely not one of the "renter only" people. I hope you can get this squared away.

Well actually 25 or so are TV shows

And I would of called support, but they are closed, which kind of sucks because you cant rent TV Shows, and now I cant finish watching my TV Show untill this is resolved.

Please post your Client ID, as this will let the support engineers peek at your system and see if there is a glitch causing a "false full" condition. Afterall, 50 titles (mostly SD and TV) should not be enough to fill that hard drive. You can find your system ID in the info & settings screen details.

Out of curiosity, how much space is used up on a new Vudu with all the updates, heads, etc, and no purchases except the free bourne movies?

VUDU doesn't publish this information but if you read the tech specs on the VUDU page there is room for 100 hours of video.

                http://www.vudu.com/product_specs.html

Head over the H.264 wiki and you may be able to calculate something:

I could probably figure out how much the movies take, but I have no clue how much the other data takes. Any ideas?

Well you know that the HD is 250 GB and if you know how much the moives take, you can do the math.

VUDU doesn't publish the information you are looking for.
