    Having to purchase Bourne Ultimatum twice?

    I did notice that after the update when I clicked on The Bourne Ultimatium it showed that I needed to purchase it even though I already own it and it's in my movies list.

    A few thoughts:

    1) Are you sure you are on the right Vudu that you used before to purchase Ultimatum? When you have more than one this can get confusing - makes me wish even harder for being able to stream purchased content between boxes on the LAN.

    2) After #1 is confirmed, please look at your account history on the Vudu website and verify that you have defnintely purchased the movie. Please post the purchase date/time in this thread.

    3) Now, see what happens if you try to purchase Ultimatum again. I'm especially curious if it shows up as a second charged purchase. The way things are supposed to work is you won't get charged twice for purchasing the same movie from the same Vudu.

    Post your results AND the System ID of the Vudu involved here. Then you should also call Customer Support and tell them you were billed twice for the same purchae on the same box.

      Hmm. I have the right box since only one of them has HD titles currently available. But it doesn't seem to be doing it now. So either I was mistaken or it's fine now.
      I guess I might have been looking at the SD version by mistake, you never know. Well either way it seems fine now. Thanks anyway.
