    Clear this up for me!

Ok....are the VUDU folks monitoring this site? I see Super Moderators who claim not to be with the company, but have the answers. I would actually like to see the VUDU folks answering these questions...this kind of reminds me of the movie (how appropriate) "Hot Fuzz"

Re: Clear this up for me!

There are some Vudu folks that come in and out. But those of us who are moderators and answering questions have been working with the product for some time now. We know pretty much everything there is to know about the boxes from a user point of view. We don't know what Vudu has planned for the future and unless it is publicly announced, a Vudu employee will not comment on future plans either. Any public announcements of features or products will be made on the web site or other media websites.

I'm going to rent Hot Fuzz next on my Vudu just to see where you're coming from.

The "real" Vudu employees are working around the clock to be ready for first customer ship by the end of the month. After that hurdle is past, you will likely see more official participation here. In the mean time, they are counting on us field testers to cover the Forum.

On the other hand, the Super Moderators all have 6+ months experience with Vudu under their belts, so we really are a valid source of information. Besides, we may be willing/able to answer questions that cover topics the employees don't want to address (or aren't allowed to address ).

LOL..ok thanks...sorry I decided to play Devil's advocate a bit. I am actually very excited about this product and hope to enjoy it next month.

Hot Fuzz was done by the same folks who did Shaun of the Dead....basic premise was things are not the way it seems...

To answer the earlier question. Yes, VUDU people (no pun) do monitor but the super-moderators never like our answers ;o)

Just saw Hot Fuzz last night and find this all very disturbing... RonV will tell you how much.

Yep...if you thought Hot Fuzz was disturbing, don't watch Shaun of the Dead....

Yea put me on the spot for Hot Fuzz....I though Shawn of the Dead was too close to the life that G-Unit lives, but Hot Fuzz had me waiting for one of those:
                    Bring out the Gimp

                    Moments from Pulp Fiction....
