Make sure you enable the option on your account on the VUDU web site. Then you should be able to see the menu option in the configuration and verify if it is set to display.

yes, it is 'enabled'. when i navigate to "new movies" i get the message that "there are no new movies to display" and it's been like this for 5 weeks. maybe they've stopped the adult portion on vudu?

          Hi Darkness,

We're glad you are enjoying the After Dark service. Although we haven't released new titles in After Dark recently, we have partnered with AVN to revamp this part of our service. We hope you'll stay tuned for updates to this area in the near future.

Is the Wal-Mart acquisition going to REALLY mean no more adult movies now? If it does, I will boycott Wal-Mart's stores completely.

I'm wondering the same thing given the Wal-Mart acquisition. They have a history of straying away from adult content and even pushing for censorship of content sold in their stores. As such, it's hard to believe that they would hold onto the After Dark offerings.

I'm guessing that those will be gone without a doubt. As rgbyhkr stated - they have a history of drawing a firm line on this type of thing, even going so far as to censor foul language on music CDs sold in their store.

                  According to the NYT:

...the retailer will make one change. Vudu also has a plentiful selection of pornographic movies available to its customers. A person briefed on the Wal-Mart deal said the retailer would close down that category "immediately."

There's always Fyre TV. Although they seem kind of seedy...kind of like a cheap motel. They even have pay by the minute rates.

Do what I just did, and vote with your feet. Goodbye Vudu. Not that I care about the adult content all that much (and the quality of it was garbage, anyway). But I don't want/need Wal Mart being my nanny. Apple, Cinema Now, Amazon and Netflix thank you, Wal Mart. They'll be getting my money now.

The problem is ,none of those services you mention come anywhere close to the quality of the VUDU HDX titles.

So it's okay for Apple, Cinema Now, Amazon and Netflix to be your nanny, but not Walmart?

i agree with the view points stated here... its not wal marts place to regulate what I can or cannot view CONSIDERING they made it completely up to the user before to decide whether or not to be able to view that content anyway. not a happy camper right now
