You can go into settings and adjust the overscan. That should fix your cut off letters.

I am having another issue. When I hit the power button on my remote and it would turn off the video feed, and get an orange light....I cannot turn it off anymore and have both lights solid green on the front of my box. Is this normal? any info would be appreciated...

I know my boxes have been that way since I installed Brazil.

            Hi all,

As you know, the power button shuts off the video out on the set top box in Amadeus. Shutting the video off for a VUDU enabled devices isn't necessary. The device is either on VUDU or it's on a different App or it's off. In VUDU enabled devices, on and off is controlled by the manufacturer's hardware so it wasn't implemented in the VUDU remote for Brazil.

A couple of weeks ago I was able to watch GI Joe and had only one minor stop around 5 minutes. I tried watching another one last week and had constant stops. Eventually went down to HD and had the same problem. I wonder if this is just growing pains for the new service.

I had no issues this past weekend when I did a test. I played the 99 cent movie from two of my VUDU boxes and they streamed concurrently with three HDX bars with no issues.

The quality of playback will completely depend upon the amount of bandwidth that is getting to your VUDU. I will send you a private message asking for some network information so we can determine what is causing the issue.
