I downloaded VUDU via the PSN a month or so ago and signed up for the service. I was unable to use my free trial within the 30-day expiration date (I did not know there was one... dumb me) and was wondering if there is any way to retrieve my free trial credits?

Re: Any way I can get my free $5.99 credit back to try out VUDU?
Hi, I just signed up for vudu and tried to use my free credit to rent a movie. I went thru the connection test and it said my connection is fince for HDX so I bought the movie...about 5-6 minutes into it it keeps stopping to buffer, this is REALLY annoying to say the least. Is there any way I can get my vredit back to try another format??

You can downgrade the quality when you're watching your movie/tv show. With that being said, we would be happy to give you your credit back if you were unable to watch your movie.
Please give us a call at (888)554-VUDU so we can help figure out why the buffering happened.Dan H.
