X-Men: First Class (Blu-ray + Digital Copy) (With VUDU E-Copy)

How quality are the e-copies that ship with the Wal-Mart Blu-rays (SD, HD or HDX)

Thinking of getting X-Men First Class and just wanted to check it was HDX first. I saw other titles like Rio also had an e-copy also.

    Thanks!

This is a good question. I might pay a couple of dollars more for a package with a digital copy if it was HDX, but not if it was SD (and probably not HD, either).

Re: X-Men: First Class (Blu-ray + Digital Copy) (With VUDU E-Copy)

I purchased this Blu-ray set tonight. I really didn't care about the Vudu e-copy, only the Digital Copy. Now what I'm not understanding is how do I get the Vudu e-copy to show up in my account? I don't see a code for vudu or anything. Is there something I'm missing? Should I have gotten something inside the case that specifically says Vudu on it?

I can't find a link to redeem the bonus VUDU copy either.... No codes in the case, and no instructions on vudu.com Clicked the "Redeem A VUDU Offer" link at the bottom of the page. No info there either.

Did you buy it from Wall-Mart?

Same boat here. Bought the Blu ray and have no idea how to redeem the Vudu copy. Nothing in the case is related and the dustcover says to see vudu.com for details, but there's nothing there.

The code for your digital copy is be hide the sticker on the case, it just peels off. the place you want to redeem the movie is www.vudu.com/digitalcopy.
the version of the movie is SD.

                  Hopes this helps

That sounds like what they did with the titles that had a $5 VUDU credit that I got from Walmart. The sticker peeled off easily and I just entered the code.

                      *BUMP*

Still hoping for an answer to this from someone who works for Vudu. Is there any way to tell the quality of a digital copy before purchasing the disc and redeeming the code?

I thought someone mentioned that the digital copy is SD?

For this particular movie, yes...I was hoping there was a way to judge the value of the digital copy for any Vudu digital copy, so we know if it's worth an additional $3 or $4.
