Cool. Basically I was just looking to see if it would output the Vudu HDX download file at 1080p/24 ycbcr via HDMI to my display. The PS3 was stuck to 1080p/60 and RGB with their App. Not as ideal IMO.

    Re: WD TV Live Hub

I have the Live Hub, and I rave about it....I primarily use it for my VUDU movies, movies stored on my NAS and Netflix...I have about 130 HDX movies downloaded to it's 1TB drive......I have had no buffering issues, I can download movies, but they cannot be played offline....If you are a home cinema buff, it can handle many video formats if you back up your BD disks, .....On the audio side, it handles most formats, the only one it doesn't is DTS HD and DTS Master Audio......IMO it is the best VUDU-compatible media player......It is versatile, photos, videos, movies, music can be stored on it....

you can go to Western Digital's site for more info......As far as playing downloads offline, I am hoping when Ultraviolet deploys the Common File Format(CFF), that will take care of the issue....

There is also the WD Live, which is the version without the hard drive if you just want to stream your films.....

Seen a lot of people talk about this... What exactly does it allow you to do?

You can save them off your TV and then watch them without internet?
Working...
