    I am having trouble as well with my vudu account saying that that the connection failed and that my device needed to be reprovisioned...cannot seem to find help on the support part of the website...need help.

    We need the Hardware ID in order to fix the issue. This is a unique ID for each TV (Or, device), so unfortunately, you'll need to contact our support staff for a resolution. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    Why doesnt Vudu just post the solution? Im having the same issues but dont have the screen shot. Is this an internal thing or just each box..Its actually annoying that I have to go thru the process of creating a login to get a solution for something so common.
