The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Box not activated??

    Good evening.

    I've had my Vudu for quite some time now. I went into my account tonight from the web page and it says the box is not activated, even though I still have a balance in my account.

    Can someone tell me what's going on?

    Hello,

    Can you post your system ID so we can get this sorted out for you? If you go under Info and Settings -> System Information, it will show the system ID on the first line.

      John, I have the same problem. My account shows that the Vudu box is not activated. My system id is Ox28fd.

          Hi,

          The activation date will be incorrect but it should look fine now. It's a cosmetic issue with the way we interpret the status of a box. Hopefully we should have it fixed soon.

          It has no impact on the functionality of the box or the web site, though.

                    Well, the web site tells a person the box is not activated -- what about renaming the box or signing up for adult content?
