    VUDU website errors

    Over the last several days I've noticed what appears to be some issues? Whenever I go to the convert dvds section and try to print my list I only get a blank white screen. I've tried in both ie and chrome. Also whenever I try to navigate to another part of the website after visiting the convert to dvd section I only get blank white screens. Typically I have to close the session out and open new session and login. Also the performance seems degraded compared to past weeks. Anyone else seeing this?

    Hi,

    Please tell us about the number of DVD you would like to convert at the time.
    We would appreciate more info such as OS, browser name (IE, Chrome, Safari) and version.

    In general, I would suggest to clear browser cache and retry.

      I'm using windows 7 with ie9 and/or chrome. I've got 136 dvd's currently in the list. I've already cleared cache and retried.

        I think we have issue with the list more than 100 DVDs. Would you please split the list into 2 groups which each groups has less than 100 DVDs?

            I has the same issue. I had a list of 100 movies and Vudu.com would only generate a blank screen. I deleted one file to see if 99 movies would work and it did not.

            So I added back the 100th blu-ray and went to Walmart with my 100 blu-ray discs on a spindle. The worker pulled up the list on her computer and just checked them off one by one while looking at the list on her screen.

            Lately, Vudu.com doesn't always load. Sometimes I just get a blank web browser screen. I have to quit Safari (Mac) and relaunch. Then the home page will display normally.

            Vudu.com logs me out of my account all the time so I have to constantly log back in several times during a session. It's very inconvenient.

              It's not necessarily (and more than likely not) Vudu.com logging you out. I had a similar issue with another website. I reconfigured my browser (Internet Explorer) and it never logged me out again. In fact, even when I do log out, it keeps me logged in.

                I do think it's the Vudu system that automatically logs me out. I am on a Mac and iPad. Just browsing through Vudu titles, then switching to the D2D section, then going to my collection will cause me to get logged out.

                I wish I could stay permanently logged in.

                The only place where I am always logged in is on my LG TV and my PS3. On those devices I never get logged out. It only happens on the iPad and Mac. Hmmmm. Maybe it's Apple!

                  Not sure about getting randomly logged out on Windows PC, but it sure would be nice if I could just stay logged in on that and iPad.

                    I often have this same problem of getting logged out from the website on my laptop while at work. I have to continuously log back in. I have similar problems on other sites. For example, I cannot download MP3 from Amazon. After I log into VUDU and browse movies and later try to go into My Movies and I have to log in again.

                    For the most part I do not have these problems at home or when using my tethering on my Andriod phone.

                    I am pretty sure that the problem is something in our network, maybe even a firewall. I have also had these similar problems before when using a weak Wifi connection at other public places and when my internet connection at home was briefly interrupted. It appears on the surface that everything is fine, but when you try to access a link on the website it seems that it can no longer authenticate and requires you to log in again.
