Try power cycling your streaming device and modem/router at your location. Also make sure you have enough bandwidth to stream the quality you wish to view. Otherwise contact customer care so they can assist you.

What device are you using for Vudu viewing?

Is your network wired or wireless?

Who is your internet service provider?

Did you test the signal strength?

      Did you reboot your router?

Did you restart the device you're viewing Vudu movies on?

It's sad but Vudu has buffering issues on any device I try to use. But if it's Ruku device what they will tell you is unplug it wait a minute then plug it back in. That will work for a while. If you internet speed is up to snuff. If I want to rent a movie I rent from Amazon, less hassle and no buffering. jmo till they fix it

Sony Blu-Ray, Panasonic Blu-Ray, Vizio Co Star / Google TV, iPhone, iPad, Windows Laptop's, Mac Laptops, Mac Desktop

Is your network wired or wireless?
Initially most were wired. Now most are connected to multiple Apple Airport Extreme connected in Bridge (extend) mode.

Who is your internet service provider?
          Verizon FIOS 15 DOWN / 10 UP

Did you test the signal strength?
YES, even when I only had Charter Cable modem with 3 DOWN

          Did you reboot your router?
I'VE NEVER had to do with with the Apple Airport Extreme's. They are flawless for me. So many routers, and even ethernet switches / hubs are just horrible though. I've had multiple problems and failures with Net Gear, DLink and most others. TrendNET has been pretty solid though.

Did you restart the device you're viewing Vudu movies on?
I'VE NEVER had to do that with any of my devices.

In my case I buy quality gear most of the time so I don't have to worry about bad firmware, hardware, or overly complex set-up.

I would blame the hardware, software, or settings and not Vudu. Just because someone can work just fine on device and not another does not mean it's Vudu or it's severs. That doesn't mean that doesn't happen but I would suggest it's far from the rule.

I NEVER use the Wifi built into a device that is idle (desktop, blu-ray, streamer) as the equipment is sub-par and the software / firmware is more of a problem. I will use a hardwired ethernet, or connect it to another router (via ethernet) in bridge mode. I use a Apple Airport Extreme everywhere I have fixed equipment. This also leads to better wifi for mobile devices.

I was experiencing issues for the first time, myself. I usually have a flawless connection but not tonight. My joint is hooked up via lan right next to the cable modem and still was buffering ... that made me a saaaaaad panda.

I noticed one thing on that list that would be an issue for me, the FIOS 15/10 service....with that tier, VUDU's bandwidth demand may be pushing it.......I upgraded to FIOS Quantum 50/25 and I do not have any buffering issues.....Also with all the devices listed, that bandwidth would be eaten up quickly if multiple devices were used at the same time, especially for HDX content......
