    Best Trick Play Functions

For those of you that use various digital movie vendors, can you let us know who has the best functionality in their application as far as "trick play" functionality? I would like to know which one has the best functionality for fast-forward, rewind, pause, frame-by-frame viewing. None of them might have all these but I'm curious if any of them come close to using a player? Which one do you think if best (Vudu, CinemaNow, Amazon, AppleTV, etc.)?

I only use Vudu, and I would have to say it is perfect on a device.

I use PS3 and WD Live TV Hub to play Vudu.

Fast Forward/Back: Remote Has a Button
Skip Forward/Back: Remote Has a Button
Frame-By-Frame: Press LEFT or RIGHT without any menus on the screen.
Pause / Play: On the Remote

With all that functionality, mixed in with Vudu's awesome support team, I'de rather not use others.

Flixster is a bunch of garbage that last I knew didn't play HDX files.
CinemaNow is a complete JOKE and it took them over FOUR months to get my library to load. I can FINALLY watch my movies on CinemaNow, however, I dont want to touch that garbage as well...

Hmm? Wonder if those same buttons work on my Panasonic player that I view Vudu with?

The only problem I've had with Vudu is that there can be a slight delay after you finish fast-forwarding or rewinding. Its understandable since its a streaming feed, but sometimes (most of the time) the movie doesn't start playing from where it shows to be when I push play. No big deal. Vudu definitely has the best chapter skip and chapter preview feature.

These didn't work at all or very well on my Panny 500 player.

This is part of why I wish there were a Vudu app for the TiVo. TiVo has great FF/RW/skip/jump ability (although that doesn't always apply to their apps; the Netflix app has very, very limited trick play).
