Pacific Rim is already out in stores, you should have received it. If not, I would call vudu.

I know its released, several people did not get there copies but a number to keep calling and saying well it sold better than we counted on and waiting for more.

But its week 3 did they send a homing pigeon to WB asking for more and WB shipping them in a horse drawn wagon?

The lack of communication is the worst part of this. When you have a single supplier, you sometimes live with their shortcomings, but the silence just shows apathy towards a customer base who is willing to pay a premium when treated well. Bad move.

I've called a couple times in the last few weeks. The first time I was told that the videos were on back order and they didn't know when they would ship out. The second time I tried to get a voucher to just pick it up in the store and was told they didn't have a voucher program. I was also told that the reason the videos were on back order was because the studio didn't anticipate the huge amount of orders and ran out. So we are at the mercy of the studio as they are making more to fulfill the orders. Still wasn't able to get any kind of a ship date, just that I would receive an email letting me know that the video has shipped. I honestly think that the studio should have fulfilled the pre-orders first before the stores. I also think that VUDU needs to have a voucher program since, from what I've read in various forums, that this has happened before. From what I've seen in all the stores, there is no short supply of the Pacific Rim Blu-ray.
